Finance Transformation Solutions Programme Director

We are hiring for the following role. It is essential to have extensive and recent cash-flow forecasting experience therefore please outline this experience in your email response.

Snr Mgr/Director Grade (c.1600-1900 per day), Based in London, must have a management consulting background, role to start in December:

- Implement Indirect, medium / long term (12 / 24 month) cash flow forecasting programmes in large/ multinational organisations and where applicable, supporting the automation of processes into SAP or equivalent ERP environment / Hyperion Planning (or similar tool)

- An understanding of best practice with respect to embedding medium / long term cash forecasting programmes in complex organisations

- Change management experience (driving change to move organisations from a P&L centric to more cash-centric organisation) including extensive stakeholder management experience.

- Experience leading large and complex Finance transformation programmes specifically supporting organisations through FT programmes seeking to simplify financial planning and reporting capability and processes, integrating planning and reporting systems into a single enterprise and or group consolidation planning solution.

- Extensive experience with finance process improvement and process design

- Programme and project management experience

- An understanding of SAP [Explorer] and Hyperion systems environment
