Fresh Juice is very nice, however I would not recommend drinking large quantities of raw fresh juice every day. I have used small glasses, and they make great breakfast dosages. The idea of using an entire jug each day is crazy. Your gut will not thank you for it. Freshly Made juice is great for all the enzymes it contains, however too much will likely lead to a loose gut and problems of bowel control.
So like most diet ideas, common sense should take priority. If you feel funny after trying out any dietary change, particularly fresh juice, and especially if you are not that used to eating and drinking this type of natural carbohydrate listen to your body and give it a rest or reduce the dose. Fresh Juice will provide large quantities of vitamin C which is a water soluble vitamin, this means it is not stored in the body for long and can readily be taken daily. vitaminosis can be caused by over dosing on vitamins so be careful.
Athletes and those who are very active naturally need higher quantities of vitamins and will benefit from this addition to their diet. Vitamins from Fresh Juice will add to protection again illness and fatigue.
I recommend taking a glass each morning and immediately after a heavy workout. If you are not so athletic and are looking for other excuses to take fresh juice remember this can make a great cocktail mixer. Most swanky bars and restaurants do let themselves down by using concentrate to mix their drinks. I find the flavour of fresh juice to be second to none as a mixer of choice as long as the mixo-logist in you is careful about the ratio of Fresh Juice to Spirits or Liquor ..... Enjoy
