Block Policy Notes

Dukes Court is a Residential Community. Landlords and residents are advised to report all antisocial behaviour to the block manager who will record all incidents in the complaints log and take any necessary action, including but not limited to charging for the cost of managing antisocial incidents and complaints. In the past we have encountered a number of issues at the block that led to minor disputes.

Certain behaviours did create problems for some residents and so in order to avoid ambiguity or disputes and to document the required standards of communal behaviour we have created a number of policy notes. These hopefully reflect both the spirit of the lease but more importantly the standards of communal behaviours expected at Dukes Court.

We therfore kindly request that Owners and Residents familiarise themselves with these policies and act accordingly.
