Drambuie is a unique blend of aged Scotch Whisky Heather Honey Herbs & Spices. In addition to the usual recipe I added ginger, roasted almonds and a liberal glazing of Lyles Golden Syrup honey dressing and served with Kerrygold Irish Salted Butter. I enjoyed this cake with a glass of sweet black tea.
